Saturday I took the girls to the
Nasher Sculpture Museum's
free family day.
Aurora really enjoyed the family tour, storytime, and live artist. Allegra, well, wasn't having the best day. It was hot (being mostly outdoors this time) and crowded and we couldn't have snacks and we couldn't touch
anything.
Really, if the bronze sculpture is sitting outside in the elements, you'd think it could withstand a few fingerprints!
Mom wasn't so happy about the $6 half PBJ with the crusts cut off. But, it has potential and the girls want to try again. But next time, we all decided to bring our own lunch.
