Garden Girls

I had a make a quick trip out to Simi Valley with girls in tow and decided to make a day out of it by adding a visit to Underwood Family Farms. We had a blast! The girls loved playing in the sand pit with the bulldozers and tractors.

Allegra loved the farm animals. Aurora loved helping me pick our own radishes, lettuce, and strawberries. That's right, we came home and ate salad and strawberries we picked ourselves that morning! How cool is that!

Oh sand is my favorite. My kids are in our box playing for the first time this spring! Fresh picked salad is awesome and then kids learn about where it comes from! Yeah for farms, yeah for mom.

Whoah! You've been a busy blogger! I've never heard of Underwood Family Farms. Of course, I don't spend too much time in Simi Valley. But, I am figuring out how to work a double-stroller in case you need an extra buddy to tag along!

How fun! I grew up not too far from there and have never been. And I love that first pic of Aurora, so cute!

The girls are getting so big, especially Allegra! She's not a baby anymore! We'll miss seeing all of you when we return in July. Mormon Night at Dodger Stadium won't be the same without Mark there. Love you all and good luck in Texas!
